1. Description of Service

Welcome to Unstage (the "App"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Unstage provides AI-powered image processing tools specifically designed to remove backgrounds from user-uploaded images. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User Content & Privacy

Ownership. You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. Unstage does not claim any ownership over your content.

License to Process. By uploading an image, you grant Unstage a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and modify the image for the sole purpose of providing the background removal service to you.

Data Retention. We do not store your images longer than necessary to process them. Images are discarded immediately after processing is complete. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

— Upload images that are illegal, pornographic, or that incite violence
— Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party
— Attempt to reverse-engineer the App's AI models or underlying software
— Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or mass-process images without written consent
— Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, and AI algorithms used in the App are the exclusive property of Unstage and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with your subscription tier.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Billing. Some features may require a paid subscription or credits. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Cancellations. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." While our AI is advanced, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in background removal or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unstage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including data loss or inaccurate image processing results.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Macedonian laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
